Standard — Module or feature set estimation with detailed breakdown
Deep Audit — Full project analysis with code review

Our Services compare traditional development estimates with AI-assisted development estimates to help clients understand fair market pricing.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Have the authority to submit project information on behalf of yourself or your organization
Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws

4. Account and Orders

4.1 Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any project details you share.

4.2 Order Acceptance

Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase our Services. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email.

4.3 Clarification Process

If we require additional information to complete your estimate:

We will contact you within 2 hours of receiving your order
Your delivery timer pauses until you respond
If you do not respond within 14 days, we will offer a refund
Orders with no response for 30 days will be automatically refunded and closed

5. Pricing and Payment

6. Delivery

Delivery times are measured from when we have all necessary information to complete your estimate. Estimates are delivered via email in PDF format.

7. Refund Policy

To request a refund, email us at admin@getfairestimate.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

7.1 Refund Limitations

Refunds are not available:

After 7 days from estimate delivery
For orders where the client provided false or misleading information
If the client has previously received refunds on more than 2 orders

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to any code, documents, or information you submit to us. The estimate report we deliver to you becomes your property upon payment.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not:

Share your project details with third parties
Use your code or information for AI model training
Disclose your information except as required by law

Your code and project files are automatically deleted within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

10. Disclaimers

                Important: Our estimates are professional opinions based on the information provided. They are not guarantees of actual development time or cost. Actual development time may vary based on factors outside our control.
            

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FairEstimate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FairEstimate and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

Your use of our Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any content you submit to us

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Before filing any formal dispute, contact us at admin@getfairestimate.com to attempt resolution. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Termination

You may stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately.
