1. What Is Confidential
"Confidential Information" includes everything you share with us:
Code and Technical Assets
- Source code in any programming language
- Database schemas and data models
- API specifications and documentation
- Architecture diagrams and designs
- Git repositories and commit history
Business Information
- Project requirements and specifications
- Contractor estimates and pricing
- Business logic and workflows
- Timeline and budget information
2. Our Commitments
What We WILL Do
- Protect your information with industry-standard security
- Restrict access to authorized personnel only
- Use your information solely for providing estimates
- Delete your code and files within 30 days
- Notify you within 72 hours of any security incident
What We Will NEVER Do
- Share your code with other clients or third parties
- Use your code for AI model training or machine learning
- Publish or reference your project without written consent
- Execute or run your code on our systems
- Retain your code beyond the 30-day deletion period
- Use your business information for competitive purposes
3. No AI Training Guarantee
Explicit Guarantee
Your code and project information will NEVER be used to train AI models.
This includes large language models, code completion models, or any machine learning systems.

5. Data Retention

Immediate Deletion
You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing admin@getfairestimate.com with subject "Immediate Data Deletion Request". We will confirm deletion within 5 business days.
6. Duration of Protection
This confidentiality agreement remains in effect for 5 years after we delete the last of your confidential information. Your protection continues long after our business relationship ends.
7. Incident Response
In the unlikely event of a security incident:
- We will notify you within 72 hours
- We will provide full details of what happened
- We will take immediate steps to mitigate harm
- We will implement measures to prevent recurrence
8. Legal Framework
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. In case of breach, you are entitled to seek injunctive relief in addition to any other legal remedies.
